Burning Man 2010 Media Questionnaire

Thanks your interest in the experience of Burning Man. We welcome your contribution!

Commercial use of imagery from Burning Man requires written permission, and this application is the first step. Before you start filling out this questionnaire please keep in mind the following:

  • Image Capture for personal use (that is, sharing images only with friends and family) should not register through this process. Visit Preparation – Video Cameras for information on how to register your video camera for personal use. Still cameras for personal use do not require any registration; however if you will use the images in any widespread public way, you should register through this Media Questionnaire for approval.

Filling out the questionnaire should take you about 15 -30 minutes.

  • Questions can be sent to press@burningman.com. If you are having problems submitting this questionnaire, please mail or fax it to us. You will not be able to come back to this questionnaire online for any updates, so please be sure you have read the entire Press Here section of our website, and think about your answers carefully before you submit.
