You may save and return to your questionnaire as often as you need by using the SAVE button at the bottom of the questionnaire. However, you must use the SUBMIT button before the deadline. Notification of Placement will happen by early August.
The only way to submit your answers to the questionnaire is through the website. Please DO NOT mail or email your questionnaire answers. This will not give us all the information we need. Many participants have found it useful to preview a copy of this questionnaire. To that end, we have provided a PDF version of the Placement Questionnaire for this purpose only.
